Using the site and STRND

By using gaamaihair.ca or STRND you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Beta

STRND and the Fibre Registry are in beta. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors, and data held in your browser can be lost when you close or refresh the page. Use the Export JSON button in STRND to keep a copy of your profile.

Guidance, not medical advice

STRND is a personal-care guidance platform, not a medical or clinical device. Its recommendations are informational and based on publicly available haircare research. Please consult a qualified professional for medical or scalp concerns.

Products and retailers

STRND may refer to third-party products, brands and retailers. These are suggestions, not endorsements, and prices and availability are estimates that may be out of date. Products are not currently sold through STRND.

Gáamai Fibre

GF-01 is in development. What we say about it describes what we are developing and studying, not a guarantee of performance. Images labelled as conceptual visualizations are illustrations, not photographs of GF-01.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site or STRND: no large-scale scraping, interfering with how they operate, trying to access information that is not yours, or using them unlawfully.

Ownership

The Gáamai and STRND names, logos, designs, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes, and we ask that you check with us before copying or reusing them. Your own answers and photos remain yours, and we handle them as described in our Privacy notice.

Liability

The site and STRND are provided "as is" during beta. To the extent the law allows, Gáamai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
